Fine Living Homes' office is now located in the Re/max Lakes Area Realty office building on the corner of Highway 371N and County Road 77 in Nisswa, 15 minutes north of Brainerd. Please stop in to see us for no cost consultation and estimation.

Design - Robb Plagemann is an engineer and will assist you in designing a home to meet all of your needs.

Planning & Operations - Nathan Ingram brings over 12 years of construction experience. If you have an idea, he can make it happen.

Site Management - Scott Voss has over 15 years experience in residential and commercial construction and provides a vital link of communication between clients and trade associates.

Sales & Support - Trisha Sorenson is a realtor with experience in new home construction sales, design and selections and is always there to answer questions.

Financing - The rates are still extremely favorable. Once the financing is in place, the builder and your lending institution work together until the date of closing. Should work be delayed at the time of closing because of weather conditions, (such as a driveway or landscaping), monies will be held in escrow until the work is satisfactorily completed as a protection to you.

Selections - You will meet personally with the cabinetry design people as you custom choose the look and functionality you want for your kitchen and bathrooms. We have available to you wonderful showrooms for the selection of flooring, ceramic, stone, lighting and plumbing fixtures.
